Refund Policy

1. Hosting & subscription services

Hosting, domain, email, and other recurring plans may be eligible for a refund within the period stated at the time of purchase. Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been registered.

2. Project-based services

Software, web, and other project engagements are billed on milestones agreed in the project proposal. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; unbilled future milestones can be cancelled with written notice.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with your account or invoice details. We review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
